The French baritone Florian Sempey is currently performing the role of Valentin in Gounod’s Faust at the Bayerische Staatsoper. His noble and intensely expressive portrayal highlights the soldier’s dignity and the dramatic fervor of this central character. Florian Sempey returns to the title role of Don Giovanni in a semi-staged version on Monday January 20 at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées. In a concert version, he will then sing the role of Albert in Massenet's Werther with the Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, on January 31 at the Victoria Hall in Geneva and on February 2, 2025 at the Opéra de Strasbourg.
